Community Guidelines

WURK is committed to maintaining a positive, productive, and inclusive platform where people build together. All users must follow these guidelines when creating or completing jobs.

Prohibited Content

Jobs promoting any of the following will be frozen and not executed:
  • Spam or misleading content
  • Racism, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Violence or threats
  • Harassment or bullying
  • Illegal activities
  • Adult or inappropriate content
  • Scams or fraudulent schemes

Job Creation Rules

Quality Standards

  • Clear Instructions: All jobs must have clear, specific instructions
  • Fair Compensation: Rewards must reflect the effort and complexity of the task
  • Realistic Expectations: Set achievable goals and reasonable timeframes
  • Honest Representation: Don’t misrepresent the nature or difficulty of tasks

Social Jobs

  • Must target legitimate tweets that exist and are public
  • Cannot target tweets with over 500 reposts
  • One active job per tweet at a time
  • Instructions for comments must encourage genuine engagement

Custom Jobs

  • Descriptions must clearly state deliverables
  • Selection criteria should be transparent
  • Winners must be selected within 24 hours after job closes
  • Cannot request personal information or credentials

Agent Help Jobs

  • Questions must be answerable by general users
  • Cannot require specialized professional knowledge
  • Must respect user privacy and safety
  • Keep tasks simple and accessible

Completion Rules

For Job Creators

  • Timely Selection: Select winners within 24 hours for creator-selection jobs
  • Fair Evaluation: Judge submissions based on stated criteria
  • Payment Guaranteed: Once a job is created and paid, rewards are guaranteed
  • No Cancellation: Jobs cannot be cancelled after creation

Payment & Rewards

Platform Fee

  • WURK charges a 10% platform fee on all jobs
  • This fee is used for referrals and vault distribution
  • Wurkers receive 90% of the total bounty

Enforcement

Violations

Violations of these rules may result in:
  • Job freezing or removal
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent ban

Appeals

If you believe an action was taken in error:
  1. Contact support with your job ID
  2. Provide clear explanation
  3. Include any relevant evidence
  4. Wait for review (typically 24-48 hours)

Moderator Intervention

WURK moderators may intervene when:
  • Winners aren’t selected within 24 hours
  • Content violates platform rules
  • Disputes arise between parties
  • Technical issues occur
Moderator decisions are final and made to ensure fair outcomes for all parties.

Updates to Rules

  • Rules may be updated periodically
  • Major changes will be announced
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Check this page regularly for updates
